### What data do you need, and who should provide it?

We require data from your offices or production locations, such as energy and gas consumption and, if applicable, fuel consumption for company vehicles. We also request supplier data (such as LCA reports or general ledger accounts) for Scope 3 calculations. This information typically comes from different individuals both inside and outside your organisation. Together, we’ll create a plan to collect the necessary data and ensure its quality.

### How does this climate impact service, support other services like B Corp, EcoVadis, or VSME?

Our methodology – the GHG Protocol – is the world’s most widely used standard for analysing a company’s climate impact. The calculations and transition plan align with CSRD and VSME and support well-established assessments like B Corp and EcoVadis. However, note that these other services cover the entire ESG spectrum, whereas our climate impact service specifically focuses on environmental impact.

### Does The Terrace assist with submitting targets to SBTi?

In steps 3 and 4, we define short- and long-term targets that align with SBTi. Official validation with SBTi requires additional documentation and steps, where The Terrace can also offer support.
