Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, as we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16, we encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Automated decision-making
The Terrace does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example, an employee of The Terrace) sitting between them. The Terrace uses the LA Customer Relationship Management system for the safe storage of personal data.

– For the newsletter this is until the moment of deregistration by the person in question. This is done via the ‘unsubscribe’ link located at the bottom of the newsletter.
– For the workshops this is until the person in questions sends an email to one of The Terrace’s employees or to info@theterrace.nl, with the request to be removed from the CRM system.
