Sustainability in your supply chain

Are you still struggling to implement sustainability in your supply chain?

Gain insights into sustainability within your supply chain and take action.

The greatest sustainability impact occurs in the supply chain – the so-called scope 3 impact – both in upstream and downstream activities. This is why regulations like the CSDDD (European Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) and the EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) require more transparency in your supply chain. This is where you, as an organisation, can make the biggest difference: by reducing risks related to human rights and climate change, and increasing positive impact.

We help you integrate ESG into your supply chain – broadly or focused on themes such as human rights and deforestation risks – and translate insights into better procurement practices and supplier collaboration. In this way, you’ll work towards a more transparent and sustainable supply chain and organisation.

How we can help

From analysis to action in six steps

We assess to what extent insight and action on your supply chain (i.e., due diligence) are already part of your current ESG, procurement, and business activities.

We analyse your key supply chains based on procurement data and business relationships and identify how your organisation is linked to relevant ESG themes – the so-called chain of activities.

We conduct a risk and opportunity analysis of ESG impacts in your supply chain(s) and zoom in on specific human rights, deforestation, and biodiversity risks when necessary. Using the UN Guiding Principles and OECD guidelines, we prioritise the key supply chain risks for your organisation.

Based on the prioritised ESG supply chain risks, we create an overview of mitigation actions for various business activities.

We assist you in collaborating with (supply chain) partners to reduce ESG risks within your supply chain. This might involve tightening (procurement) policies and aligning with suppliers (e.g., through EcoVadis). We also support you in embedding ESG within the supply chain inside your organisation through internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

We ensure you are equipped to communicate and report on ESG within the supply chain, fully in line with relevant regulations such as the CSDDD.
